Ugqozi lokwakha umgomo olawula ngesandulela ngculazi
nengculazi enkampanini yemithi iRoche Pharmaceuticals
lwavela kophethe owahambela ingqungquthela yengculazi
yomhlaba wonke ngonyaka ka 2000. iRoche yayihlose
ukufaka isandulela ngculazi njengenye yezinto
ezosebenza ngazo ukuze uhlelo lwesandulela ngculazi
lube yimpumelelo. Ukuze abasebenzi babambe iqhaza
ekwakhiweni kwalomgomo, kwakhethwa ithimba elalizosebenza
kubasebenzi abawu 500. Ubudlelwane neGTZ kwaletha
uqeqesho nosizo ekwakhiweni komgomo nasekusebenzeni
kwawo. Lokhu kwenziwa ngoba kuthenjwa ukuthi ithimba
laseRoche lalizokwazi ukusebenza ngaphezu kweminyaka
emithathu lapho kuphela khona ubudlelwane neGTZ.

zonke izinto ngaphakathi ukuqinisekisa ukuthi
umgomo uyahlangabezana nezidingo zeRoche njengenkampani.
Umgomo owagcina wakhiwe wawumfishane futhi kulula
ukuwufunda. Bonke abasebenzi banikwa amakhophi
futhi batshelwa ukuthi bangalutholaphi usizo enkampanini
nokuthi lutholakala kanjani. Baqinisekiswa ngokuthi

uFaith Masilo wathi abasebenzi bafunda ukubhekana
nokulwa nokwesaba, ngakhokhe bakwazi ukusekela
inkampani kulomkhankaso.

loluhlelo ngokungasabi. Okwamanje lolusizo alunikwa

ngesandulela ngculazi kanti futhi (2) ukusiza
abasebenzi bakwazi ukubhekana nemiphumela yeVCT.

wonke.
IAid for AIDS iletha abasebenza ngesandulela
ngculazi nengculazi abaqeqeshekile, odokotela,
kanye nodokotela basezimayini kanti iyabafuna
odokotela lapho bengekho khona. Izinkampani eziningi
zikhetha ukusebenzisa iAid for AIDS ukusekela
uhlelo lokwelapha abasebenzi oluphelele. IAid
for AIDS isebenza ngokubambisana noma-medical
aids ezinkampani, kodwa njengoba ihukene nenkampani
ukugcina izinto ziyimfihlo kuqinisekisiwe. IAid
for AIDS inikeza izinkampani imigomo kodwa ayiyiniki
