Imindeni Enakekelano, Ubungane ObuQotho, Imiphakathi Enothando

Umbhishobni Omkhulu uNjongonkulu Ndungane enkulumeni ayethule emhlanganweni ovulelekile i WCRP-HIVAN Forum eThekwini ngoJuni ka2005, uthe:
“Ukholo lwakha imiphakathi ngokuvuselela ukwakheka kwemindeni njengendawo lapho umuntu nomuntu akheka futhi anakekelwe khona. Ukholo lusakha kabusha ngokuthi lusazize ukuthi sikhathalelwe- omunye momunye wethu usemqoka ngokweqiniso. Akekho noyedwa phakathi kwethu oseyilahlwa ekungasekho themba lokusinda kuye. Sonke sinakho ukuthi singaphila izimpilo ezibonakalayo, izimpilo ezingenza umahluko ongathinoma ubukeka umncane kodwa usho lukhulu empilweni yabanye. ..... Ngesinye isikhathi okudingekayo kuphela nje, wukuthi abantu bahlangane ndawonye nalabo asebenolwazi bakhulume okuyiqiniso ngalokho asebekufundile, ngokubasebenzele nango kungabasebenzelanga. Kumele sithuthukise ukwazisa imindeni kuyo yonke imiphakathi. Kumele kwenziwe okwanele ukubhekela isimo sokukhulelwa nokuyobeletha, izindawo zemisebenzi, zibe nemithetho enikeza imindeni isikhathi esanele sokuba ndawonye. Yonke imithetho kumele ibhekisiswe ukuthi iyelekelela ukwakheni imindeni nokuthi izinhlelo zokuvuselela izimilo zinomthelela ongakanani emndenini. ....... Ngokuqinisekile kumele sikuqhakambise ukuziphatha kahle kwezesinene kodwa lokhu sikwenze ngendlela engezuvumela ukubalulwa kwabantu, ukubabeka izici, ukubehlulela kanye nokubakhiphela eceleni noma ngabe beneSandulelangculazi, noma kungamalunga emindeni yabo enaso, nanoma ngasiphi nje isizathu. Esikhathini esiningi amakhosikazi anamadoda angethembekile abasengcupheni- izingane ezinesifo nezingenaso ziyahlupheka kungelona phutha lazo, ngokuthi nje ziphuma emindenini ebandlululwe ngokwesigcwagcwa. Noma ke kunjalo, amakhosikazi, abefelokazi nezintandane- zonke izinkolo zinxusa ukuba banakwe ngendlela ekhethekile.
Izingane zifuna uthando nesiqiniseko kubazali bazo: ukwesekwa, ukufundiswa ngamaqiniso aphathelene nokukhula, ezizobhekana nokukhetha kuko nemiphumela ezizijamelana nayo ngenxa yezinqumo ezizithathile. Zifuna ukwazi ngolokho okushintsha imimoya yabantu, okuphathelene nezobudlelwano kwezothando, ukuthanda nokuthandwa. Sonke siyakudinga lokho. Kuwowonke amazinga obudala sifuna ukwazi ngalokho okukhulu nokuhle okwenziwa wuNkulunkulu emindenini enakekelanyo, ebunganini obuqotho, emiphakathini enothando bese siphana ngalokhu esikwamukela njengokuhle okuphuma kuNkulunkulu ngokwasemishadweni. Lokhu kwenzeka ngesizathu sokuthi, kusifanele, sidalwe ngokukhethekileyo ngakho ke asifanelwe lutho ngaphandle kokukhethekileyo okuvela kuYe. Uma singaphila kanje ukuziba ucansi nokwethembeka kungaba yingxenye yempilo yethu- ngale koksebenzisa izindlela zokuvikela ukutheleleka ngesifo.”

Owakhe umbono wesizwe esakhelwe phezu kwamalungelo esintu ngowokuthi abantu ngokwahlukana kwaba bavunyelwe ukubeka uvo lwabo, benze izibopho bese benikwa inhlonipho. “Masiqale emndenini lapho ubudlelwano bokuthembana nokunakekelana kuqala khona, ngokuthi sifunzi imibono yethu kwabanye, kodwa sibonisane, siholane, samukelane futhi siphilelane.
